Hello! Welcome to my Carrd Commission Sheet! Here you will find all the details on how to commission me, including prices, references of my work, and the specifications of my contract! Remember to read all of the terms and conditions, so that the process of commissioning me is as seamless and straightforward as possible!
COMMISSION STATUS: CLOSED
CONTRACT (TERMS OF SERVICE)
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
- I have the right to decline any order, for any reason.
- When presenting the details of your commission, prepare a Google Drive Folder in which there is a Document containing all written details such as pose, appearance, clothing, props and scenery (if applicable). There should also be image references of the aforementioned, which guarantees clarity in communication.
- Make sure all references are present and that no details are missing. I will not draw something that hasn't been specified in the references.2. DO'S AND DON'TS
Most of my expertise lies in character art, so my Do's are varied. However, I will NOT draw Gore, Mecha, or Comics. Subjects like Mythical Creatures or Animals are negotiable, so proceed with caution when requesting them.3. REVISIONARY PERIODS
When commissioning me, there are 2 Revisions during the process. One is after the sketch, the second is after flat colors are applied.4. PAYMENT METHODS
I do NOT accept Checks or E-Transfer. The only payment methods allowed are Paypal, or Ko-fi should the first method be inaccessible to you. I also take payment half-and-half (before starting and before handing in the full piece), or full payment upfront.5. REFUND AND DEPOSIT POLICY
There is a No Refund Policy on my work. Commissions take time and effort to complete, and deciding halfway through that you do not want to commission me disrespects my time and effort as an artist. As such, refunds are not allowed.6. COMMUNICATION TERMINATION
When discussing details for the commission, make sure to reply in timely manner. If you do not reply to messages within 7 days, your request will be forfeit and I will proceed with my next client. This applies until you have paid for the commission so I can begin my work.7. ILLUSTRATION RIGHTS
- I have full ownership of the original artwork.
- I have the right to use the artwork for portfolio and sample purposes.
- Using the artwork for AI training, image generation or NFT Purposes is PROHIBITED.
- No re-selling or re-licensing my work.
- No altering or repurposing of the illustration without consent of the artist.8. CREDITS ON THE ARTWORK
Please credit the original artist when presenting the illustration anywhere, whether that be on your socials, your bio, etc.9. COMPLEXITY FEES
Depending on the intricacy of the request, the artwork may have additional pricing on top of the base price due to complex designs. Subjects like armor, patterned clothing, among others falls under this category. All artwork can be subject to complexity fees.FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN BLACKLISTING. YOU WILL BE FORBIDDEN FROM COMMISSIONING THE ARTIST AGAIN.
